Hi, I’m Amy…

I began my career at 16 through a hairdressing apprenticeship, where my potential was quickly recognised. While completing my training as a colourist, I was offered a more dynamic role as a personal assistant to an MBE owner and renowned hairdresser. Even at a young age, I managed the junior team and handled significant day-to-day responsibilities, navigating unexpected challenges with confidence and professionalism.

My path didn’t stop there. I transitioned into the fast-paced environment of a conveyancing firm, working as a personal assistant and client relations manager for five years (a shift from hairdressing, I know!). In this role, I honed my organisational skills, problem-solving abilities and professional expertise, thriving under pressure and excelling in a demanding environment.

Throughout my career, I’ve developed a proactive approach that focuses on truly understanding each client’s unique needs and delivering clear, effective communication. Built on trust and exceptional service, my work ensures that every task is handled with precision, efficiency and care.
